Anna Jean
Durham, age 91, of Athens died August 28, 2026 at Limestone Nursing and
Rehabilitation Center. She was born August 13, 1935 in Limestone County to Earl
and Rowena Hargrove.
Mrs. Durham
was a member of Friendship at Ripley Church and a homemaker.
The family
would like to thank hospice nurse, Jennifer Stephens and caregiver, Gwen
Taylor.
She is
survived by her daughter, Diann (Jeff) Yarbrough, grandson, Will (Brigitte)
Yarbrough, great-granddaughters, Ella Yarbrough and Emry Yarbrough, sister,
Peggy (Glenn) Patterson, nephew, Charles Durham and niece, Mary Dunnavant.
Mrs. Durham
was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Durham.
Graveside
services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 1st at Limestone
Memorial Gardens with Andy John King and Scott Thackerson officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike Besh, Clint Jackson, Mike Raby, Brad Zirbel and John
Dunn. Memorial Donations may be made to Hospice of Limestone County.
