John William Price, age 72, of Athens
died September 25, 2026 at home. He was born February 5, 1954 in Giles County,
Tennessee to Mitchell and Eva Price.
Mr. Price was a member of the Baptist
Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He is survived by his special friend,
Donna Price of Athens, son, John Price of Florida, daughter, Christina Price of
Minnesota, brother, Jerry Price of Lewisburg, Tennessee, sister, Kathy Luna
(Paul) of Lewisburg, Tennessee, several grandchildren as well as nieces and
nephews.
He was preceded in death by his
sisters, Linda Faye Rollins, Glinda Kayle Linley, and Nettie Mae Southerland,
brothers, David Odale Price, and Daniel Lee Price, and grandson, Stormy Price.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday, September 29th at Ripley Cemetery in Athens. No visitation.
