Timothy
Franklin Davis was born May 3,1985 and passed to be with our Lord Jesus Christ
on September 25, 2026. Physically and mentally strong, determined, and
decisive, Tim pursued every task with zeal and integrity. He married the
wonderful Katie Tutten Davis in 2014 and they built their life through homes
progressing from New Hope to Owens Crossroads, Madison, and finally, Limestone
County.
Tim gained
Welding certifications at Calhoun Community College, subsequently serving seven
years at facilities in and around Huntsville. He later earned his Commercial
Driving License and held driving positions supporting Coca-Cola, local stone
quarry providers, Huntsville City Services, and Limestone County (with special
focus on the Elkmont area--his favorite). Tim was completely comfortable in the
outdoors, understood when and how animals moved within the Wildlife Management
Areas, and was absolutely fearless when staking his positions at 0400 AM in any
weather. Tim listened to books and, at last count, had covered over 350 titles
of virtually every genre. He was great at online games, gardening, barbeque,
and loved cooking for Katie and their delightful American Staffordshire Terrier
“Buster.”
Tim loved Katie
and was loved by everyone in his and Katie’s family. Tim is survived by his
Wife, Katie Davis, Parents Forrest and Grace Davis, Parents-in-Law Mark and
Cathy Tutten, Brothers Stephen Davis and James Smith, Sister Anna Davis, and
Nephew Jayden Davis, Sisters-in-Law Tabitha Williams, Amanda Currey and Hailey
Burbank, Brothers-in-Law Kirk Williams, Christopher Tutten and Andrew Tutten,
Nephew Ian Williams and Nieces Elliotte Williams and Kailey Tutten.
Visitation will
be private for family only. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday , October 1st, at Thatch
& Mann Cemetery officiated by Gerry Laybrook.
