Butch Voelker 70 of Elkmont, Alabama, died Saturday, February 16, 2018 at North Alabama Specialty Hospital in Athens.

There will be a Memorial Service 2PM Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Bruce Johnson officiating.

Mr. Voelker was born August 16, 1948 in Aberdeen, Maryland, he was a retired U.S. Army Veteran for twenty years and he was a retired Truck Driver.

Survivors: Wife: Cindy Voelker of Elkmont, Sons: Michael Allen Voelker of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Anthony Edward Voelker of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Daughter: Amanda McGirt of Athens, Sister: Jan Voelker of Columbus, Ohio, Six Grandchildren.
