Chasity Lee Woodard, 39 of Lester, Alabama, died Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at her residence.

Services will be 11am Tuesday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Matthew Thompson officiating, burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, visitation is from 6-9pm Monday at Spry Funeral Home.

Mrs. Woodard was born October 2, 1979 in Morgan County. She was a registered nurse and she was an advocate for American Foundation for Suicide Prevention .

Survivors: Husband: Philip Woodard of Lester, Sons: Caleb Woodard, Caiden Woodard and Oakley Woodard all of Lester, Daughter: Annsleigh Woodard of Lester, Father: Barry Smith and wife Phyllis of Minor Hill, Tennessee, Mother: Sherry Abreu and husband Ray of Columbia, Tennessee, Grandmother: Charlotte Hawkins of Minor Hill, Tennessee, Two Step-Sisters, Three Step-Brothers.
