August 18, 2024 at his residence.
Services will be 11AM Thursday at Spry
Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Dwight Rayburn, Frankie Murphy, Tavarius
Townsend officiating; burial in New Oakland Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday
6PM until 9PM at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Morgan Cooper, Heath
McEyea, Dolph Bradford, Freddie Defoe, Alex Linzy and Randall Haggard. Honorary
Pallbearers are Nephews. Mr. Haggard was born September 21, 1969 in Athens, AL.
Survivors: Wife: Lori Haggard of Athens; Mother: Wanda Haggard of Athens;
Brother: Gerald Haggard; Sisters: Cindy (Jason) McMunn and Regina Haggard;
Nephews; Jeremy Pope, Blake Haggard and Austin Lopez; Great Nephews: Kaysin
Lopez and Mason Haggard; Stepson: Alex (Tessa) Linzy and Lexi Drummond;
Grandkids: Cove and Millie Linzy.
Preceded in death by: Father: Howard Wayne
Haggard; Nephew: Wesley Lopez; Grandparents: Dorcie and Frances Haggard, Robert
and Grace Pullum; Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
