Opal June Worthey, 87 of Hartselle, AL died Saturday March 16, 2024 at her residence.

Mrs. Worthey was a member of the First Methodist Church, Hartselle, AL retired from the US Postal Service, & owned and operated John's Antiques.

Graveside services will be Monday 1 PM at Athens City Cemetery with Walter Blackman & Spencer Bell officiating.

Visitation will be Monday, 12 Noon until 12:45 Pm at Spry Funeral Home.

Survivors include, daughter, Lisa Smith (Mickey) of Hartselle, AL, Grandson, David Christopher Smith of Anniston, AL, Great Grandson, Chase Smith of Pooler, GA

Memorials to be made to Hospice of The Valley, P.O. Box 2745 Decatur, AL 35602 or Gideons International.
