I'm saddened to hear this news. Cory was my sea-dad at my first command and showed me the ropes. My condolences to the family, and please let me know if I can do anything.

Cory is my brother and a mentor to me. When I showed up to the Florida in 2006 and joined the Nuclear Electrician division, he was always a guiding light to me. A mentor. . He whooped my ass countless times and I deserved it. His nickname was “Tubby Buddy”…because he was our cuddly teddy bear. He was a good man…this day is for him. A day of remembrance of him… “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me”Psalm 23:4…God is watching over him…
