Billy Cole, age 77 of Athens died Thursday December 24, 2020
at Limestone Health Facility.
Mr. Cole was born December 26, 1942 in Limestone
County, he was a member of First Baptist Church, Athens. Mr. Cole was retired
from the State of Alabama Revenue Department as an auditor. He was a Coast
Guard Veteran, and was a volunteer for the Athens Fire Department.
Survivors,
Sister, Bethany (Larry) Schrimsher of Athens.
Niece, Jennifer (Jamie) Butler of Athens.
Nephews, Andy (Kim) Schrimsher of Athens, and Rodney (Cindy)
Schrimsher of Madison.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, W.B and Lois Cole.
Graveside services will be 2 pm Sunday at the Athens City
Cemetery. No visitation is planned.
